Fashion In Helsinki is a joint initiative by Aalto University, Helsinki New, and Pre Helsinki. It compiles all the fashion programmes by various organisers onto one site for the fashion week held in Helsinki every May. The digital programme recreates the effect of a paper flyer, from the way each day’s events unfold on the screen, to the creased effect of the open page.
Sodium Ranch is a stage lighting equipment supplier in NYC. A combination of strong visual concepts and calculated repetition are at the core of their new visual brand. By splashing their colour-coded identity over trucks, t-shirts, business cards, newsletters, stickers, and equipment bags, they’re hard to miss and impossible to forget. As the first company to ever rent equipment online, we worked with a weighty backend that now supports the software for stock functions.
Aesthetnik is a photographer based in Berlin. He wanted a website with as few pages as possible, so we combined the information page and menu into one intuitive navigation element that appears only when the cursor is placed at the top of the screen. Through minimal click-based navigation, the homepage creates a dialogue between two images at a time. The images can also be experienced with a white or black backdrop, changed by placing the cursor at the bottom of the screen, in order to highlight the contrast in his work.
